There is no contact form here on purpose. A form needs a server to receive it, and this site does not have one — that is the same reason your text is never uploaded. Plain email keeps the promise on the privacy page true.
Something is wrong with the animation
This is the most useful thing you can report, and the one hardest to guess at from here. Please include:
- The exact text you typed — copy and paste it, so the characters survive.
- The font and the language.
- Your browser and operating system.
- A screen recording or screenshot if you can. A still of the bad frame is enough.
Export failed or the file looks wrong
Tell me the format, the canvas size, the frame rate and roughly how long the animation was, plus your browser. If the tab froze or ran out of memory, the resolution and frame rate are usually the cause — but I would still like to know, because the app is supposed to warn you before that happens rather than fail.
Font and language requests
New fonts need to be openly licensed — SIL Open Font License or similar — and they need to thin cleanly, which thick brush and display faces generally do not. If a face fails that test it can still ship, marked "reveal mode only" in the picker, rather than being quietly left out.
On new languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai and Hebrew are deliberately out of scope, for reasons set out on the about page. Anything else is worth asking about.
Licensing and commercial use
Short version: what you make here is yours, including commercially, with no attribution and no watermark. The terms say so properly.
Response time
This is a small, free tool, so replies are not instant — usually a few days. Bug reports with the text and a screenshot get answered first, because they are the ones that can actually be acted on.
